Raw material preparation

• Amino acids: Select protected or unprotected amino acids that meet quality specifications; test for purity, moisture content, and heavy metals.

• Solvents and reagents: Common solvents include DMF, DMSO, dichloromethane; reagents include coupling agents (e.g., HATU, DIC, DCC), deprotection reagents (e.g., TFA), and wash/elution solvents. Ensure pharmaceutical or industrial grade compliance as required.

• Solid support: Resins used for solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), such as Rink or Wang resins, are chosen according to required loading capacities.
